Arobid Signs Strategic Partnership with VFAA and UVBC: Driving Digital Transformation and Strengthening Vietnam–US Agricultural Trade Connections
In the context of Vietnam and the United States deepening their strategic cooperation in agriculture, the AgriConnect Vietnam – US 2025 program is organized by the Vietnam General Association of Agriculture and Rural Development (VFAA), in collaboration with the US–Vietnam Business Council (UVBC) and Vietnam Rural Media Corporation (NTV Media). This program serves as a key activity within the Vietnam–US agricultural cooperation series, aiming to achieve the goals of “Connection – Innovation – Sustainable Development,” while enhancing trade, investment, and technology transfer between businesses of both nations.
At the event, Arobid Technology Joint Stock Company signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for strategic cooperation with the Vietnam General Association of Agriculture and Rural Development (VFAA) and the US–Vietnam Business Council (UVBC). This tripartite agreement establishes a cooperative model focused on promoting digital transformation and supporting Vietnamese agricultural enterprises in expanding their global trade connections in an efficient, sustainable, and practical manner.

Partnership between Arobid & VFAA: A Step Forward for Vietnam’s Digital Agriculture
The cooperation agreement between Arobid and VFAA marks an important milestone in Vietnam’s agricultural digital transformation journey. While the VFAA represents a wide network of enterprises, cooperatives, and members in the agricultural sector—providing data, development orientation, and on-ground implementation support for cooperative programs—Arobid contributes its advanced technology platform, data infrastructure, and comprehensive B2B ecosystem designed to facilitate trade promotion, digital transformation, and global business connectivity.
This collaboration creates a new direction—where the resources, data, and field expertise of the VFAA converge with Arobid’s digital capabilities to form an integrated digital ecosystem that drives sustainable agricultural growth and deeper international integration.
The first milestone of this partnership is the B2B platform “Nongthonviet.arobid.com”, scheduled to launch alongside the “Viet Village to Global – eShow 2025” program, taking place from November 17–19. This event represents a significant step forward, combining knowledge-based communication and digital commerce technology to help Vietnamese agricultural products reach international markets.
Mr. Tran Van Chin, Chairman of Arobid Technology JSC, emphasized that this initiative serves as a long-term, practical bridge for businesses. Participating enterprises will have their products and services displayed 24/7, gain access to global B2B partners, join online pitching and matching sessions, and receive technical support as well as opportunities to participate in digital agriculture discussions within the event framework.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Quang, Vice President of the VFAA and Editor-in-Chief of Vietnam Rural Magazine, expressed his confidence that this project will open up sustainable opportunities for both parties, strengthening business connections and promoting trade among enterprises under both organizations—with the hope of expanding even further internationally.

Arobid’s Strategic Partnership with the US–Vietnam Business Council (UVBC): Expanding Vietnam–US Business Connectivity
Also during the event, Arobid signed another Memorandum of Understanding with the US–Vietnam Business Council (UVBC)—a US-based nonprofit organization founded in 2022 with a mission to promote business cooperation between the two countries, particularly among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Under the agreement, Arobid will provide technological platforms and digital transformation solutions, including the B2B Marketplace, TradeXpo system, and digital trade management solutions. Additionally, Arobid will operate, develop, and maintain the Arobid ecosystem to effectively support business connections, trade promotion, and project implementation between both parties.
On the other hand, UVBC will introduce and connect US enterprises, organizations, and agencies interested in agriculture, technology, and investment in Vietnam. It will also collaborate with Arobid to organize trade promotion programs, investment activities, and business training sessions between the two countries. Through the synergy of Arobid’s technological strength and UVBC’s international network, both parties aim to help Vietnamese enterprises integrate more deeply into global supply chains, adopt agricultural technology (AgTech), and embrace green transformation and cross-border digital trade.
At the signing ceremony, Mr. Kavin Morgan, Chairman of the US–Vietnam Business Council, introduced the council’s key initiatives, including its collaboration with the American Feed Industry Association (AFIA). He expressed hope that this cooperation will serve as a meaningful bridge connecting businesses from both countries in the agricultural sector for shared growth and development.
Driving Digital Transformation and Strengthening Vietnam–US Agricultural Trade
The cooperation among Arobid, VFAA, and UVBC marks a new phase in advancing digital trade promotion in agriculture, fostering a multi-connected agricultural business community where technology, data, and global networks generate shared value.
In the near future, the three parties will jointly implement Vietnam–US trade promotion programs, international business connection forums, and a digital transformation training series to help Vietnamese enterprises enhance their competitiveness, expand markets, and reach global standards—true to the spirit of: “Connecting Knowledge – Creating Value – Reaching Global Horizons.”
