Launch of “TBSG Business Hub” at Vietnam SME Forum 2026 – Choosing the Right Path in Times of Volatility
Ho Chi Minh City, January 29, 2026 – Within the framework of the Northwest Saigon Business & Trade Forum 2026, the Northwest Saigon Business Association officially launched the B2B e-commerce platform “TBSG Business Hub”, with infrastructure and technology support from Arobid. The launch marks a new milestone in efforts to support local enterprises in enhancing connectivity and trade effectiveness in the digital environment.
This year’s forum was held under the theme “Vietnam SMEs 2026 – Choosing the Right Path in Times of Volatility”, focusing on structural changes in the economy, challenges facing Vietnam’s small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and the urgent need to select appropriate development models in the coming period. The keynote presentation was delivered by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Trần Đình Thiên, Member of the Prime Minister’s Economic Advisory Group.
Amid rising trade promotion costs, rapid market fluctuations, and increasing connectivity demands, TBSG Business Hub was introduced as a specialized B2B e-commerce platform dedicated to enterprises in the Northwest Saigon area. The platform helps member companies enhance AI adoption to standardize information, expand access to domestic and international partners, and maintain continuous trade connectivity in the digital space—even after physical events conclude.

TBSG Business Hub enables the standardization of company profiles, product catalogs, and market information in accordance with B2B standards. This allows enterprises to more effectively participate in trade promotion and business matching activities organized by government agencies, associations, and local authorities, including online and hybrid (offline–online) formats. The platform integrates two core technological capabilities from Arobid to enhance connection quality: AroAI Onboarding and Buyer Find & Match.
AroAI Onboarding supports enterprises in automatically and quickly setting up a B2B storefront in just three steps: business registration, AI-driven profile creation, and digital storefront activation. This feature significantly shortens setup time, reduces manual operations, and standardizes data from the outset, enabling enterprises to be ready for trade activities, 1:1 B2B matching sessions, and RFQ (Request for Quotation) tools.

Meanwhile, Buyer Find & Match helps enterprises identify and connect with buyers based on defined needs. Instead of relying on fragmented data and manual searches, the system applies AI and data analytics to assess enterprise behavior by demand, industry, and supply chain, implementing a scoring and ranking mechanism to determine compatibility between parties. This shortens screening time and accelerates enterprises’ access to meaningful discussions and negotiations.

Speaking about the platform, Mr. Trần Văn Chín, Chairman of Arobid Technology Joint Stock Company, stated: “TBSG Business Hub is implemented to accompany the Northwest Saigon Business Association, serving as a centralized platform to support enterprises in implementing Government Resolution No. 57, Resolution No. 68, and Decision No. 1968. The goal is not only to promote products and services according to B2B standards, but also to increase the likelihood of real trade exchanges and negotiations on the platform, while maintaining post-event connectivity so that buyers and sellers can continue to find and engage with each other when new demands arise.”
As a strategic technology partner, Arobid provides online trade promotion infrastructure through its B2B e-commerce platform, supporting the Northwest Saigon Business Association in standardizing enterprise data, activating trade and connection demand across a nationwide business network, accessing modern and sustainable technology solutions, and accompanying enterprises through practical digital transformation and management training programs. The launch of TBSG Business Hub signals a clear trend toward the “systematization of trade promotion” among local business communities.
From the business community’s perspective, Mr. Lê Tấn Nam, Chairman of the Northwest Saigon Business Association, emphasized: “TBSG Business Hub is not a short-term project, but a long-term commitment of the Association to its members. The platform is not exclusive to members alone; it aims to accompany local authorities and all business associations and enterprises within the 33 wards and communes approved under the charter, to create a shared ecosystem with one common goal: building local development and contributing to the city’s growth.”
Alongside the forum, the program also featured exhibition spaces for product and service showcases and business networking, enabling enterprises to meet, exchange, and explore cooperation opportunities during the event. According to statistics, more than 500 enterprises from within and beyond the Northwest Saigon area gathered at the forum, creating a dynamic trade atmosphere.
Representatives of the Organizing Committee emphasized that TBSG Business Hub is not intended to replace existing trade promotion models, but to complement and extend their effectiveness—helping local enterprises gradually adapt to the new economic landscape, where data, systems, and continuous trade connectivity play an increasingly vital role.
Through the Forum and the newly introduced technological capabilities, TBSG Business Hub is expected to establish an additional standardized, transparent, and scalable connection channel, contributing to enhanced competitiveness for the SME community and empowering enterprises to be more proactive in their development journey from 2026 onward.
