Vietnam’s Food Industry Embarks on Digital Trade at Vietnam Food Expo 2025
From November 12 to 15, 2025, the Vietnam International Food Industry Exhibition – Vietnam Food Expo 2025 – will officially take place at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC), Ho Chi Minh City. Organized annually by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency (VIETRADE), Vietnam Food Expo 2025 is recognized as the largest international trade fair of Vietnam’s food industry, a convergence of knowledge, technology, and business opportunities for both domestic and international enterprises.
With over 600 booths from 23 countries and territories, Vietnam Food Expo 2025 offers a comprehensive showcase of Vietnam’s food sector – spanning agricultural products, seafood, processed foods, beverages, functional foods, and advanced packaging technologies. Exhibitors from Germany, Italy, Japan, Singapore, Turkey, and South Korea will join Vietnamese businesses to create a vibrant trade forum where quality and innovation go hand in hand.

More than just a product showcase, Vietnam Food Expo is where enterprises affirm their position in the global supply chain. Every booth and product presented tells its own story of sustainable development efforts and the journey to bring Vietnamese specialties and flavors to international consumers.
A chain of in-depth activities – where knowledge meets opportunity
The uniqueness of Vietnam Food Expo lies not only in its exhibition scale but also in its strategic activity lineup. On the opening day, the Vietnam Food Forum convened policymakers, experts, investors, and businesses to discuss industry development trends in the context of globalization and green transformation.

Parallel to the forum was the B2B Matching program, where enterprises could directly meet, exchange, and seek export partners, distributors, and strategic suppliers. Additionally, thematic seminars, innovation talks, and dedicated areas for organic foods and advanced processing technologies drew strong interest from visitors and professionals.
For Vietnamese enterprises, Vietnam Food Expo is not only a branding platform but also an opportunity to expand markets, learn new technologies, and capture global consumption trends. Each year, the event attracts tens of thousands of visitors — buyers, distributors, experts, and consumers — forming a sustainable network within the food value chain. Participation helps businesses increase sales, connect with global partners, and strengthen the image of Vietnamese products as reputable, innovative, and high-quality in international trade.
As sustainability becomes increasingly important, enterprises are paying more attention to digital transformation, green production, and smart commerce. This trend also drives Vietnam Food Expo 2025 to introduce a key highlight — leveraging technology to extend trade promotion beyond the boundaries of traditional exhibitions.

Alongside the physical exhibition, the online version of Vietnam Food Expo 2025 on TradeXpo.Arobid.com offers a vivid 3D and VR360 display space, where businesses can showcase products, brochures, videos, and meet partners through AI Matching, Go Live, and Business Pitching features. This hybrid exhibition model enables Vietnamese businesses to connect with global partners 24/7 — reducing marketing costs by 50–80%, enhancing efficiency, and expanding digital reach.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Vice Minister of Industry and Trade Phan Thị Thắng noted that Vietnam Foodexpo 2025 gathers thousands of enterprises from Vietnam and abroad, exhibiting agricultural products, seafood, processed foods, beverages, machinery, and processing technologies. The event recorded over 2,000 registrations from buyers across more than 50 countries.
Vietnam Food Expo 2025 is not merely an exhibition; it is a journey of connection, sharing, and value creation for Vietnam’s food industry. With the support of technology from Arobid, this year’s event is expected to create even greater opportunities for businesses — not only for networking and trade but also for amplifying the story of quality, identity, and the global ambition of Vietnamese food.
