Arobid at UEF Business Matching 2025: Leading digital leadership thinking in the AI era
In the context of technology and artificial intelligence reshaping the operational models of organizations, the demand for a new generation of leaders now extends beyond traditional management capabilities. With that spirit, on the morning of December 5, Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance (UEF) organized the Business Matching 2025 program under the theme “Redefine Leadership – Leadership in the AI Era: New Mindset, New Leadership,” bringing together more than 200 enterprises in the digital economy. Accompanying the event, Arobid Technology Corporation, with its digital commerce platform TradeXpo, attended and shared insights on applying AI and big data to B2B business management and operations.

In his opening remarks, Mr. Đỗ Quốc Anh – Vice Chairman of the UEF University Council – emphasized that the AI era requires close collaboration between academia and industry. According to him, the connection becomes stronger when not only universities work with businesses, but businesses also support and collaborate with one another to build a sustainable ecosystem.
At the ceremony, Arobid Technology Corporation and Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance (UEF) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU), marking an official collaboration between a B2B technology enterprise and the higher education sector. The agreement aims to align training programs with the actual needs of enterprises in a context where AI, big data, and e-commerce play an increasingly central role.
Under the MOU, Arobid will offer UEF students opportunities for site visits, internships, and direct exposure to the TradeXpo platform — a virtual exhibition model that connects more than 50 countries and hundreds of industries. Students will also participate in mentorship activities, workshops, and specialized sessions led by Arobid’s experts, helping them develop data-driven thinking and career skills.

As part of the program, the “Leadership Talkshow” provided participants with a comprehensive view of leadership models in the AI era, where data becomes the foundation of decision-making and digital transformation is an essential requirement. Here, Mr. Trần Văn Chín – Founder and Chairman of Arobid – opened the session by emphasizing the spirit of pioneering through his keynote “From Decision 1968/TTg to ONE STATION: Building Trade Infrastructure for the Digital Age.”
Mr. Chín’s presentation focused on analyzing the policy context of Resolution 57 and Decision 1968 of the Government, along with the national goal of bringing 60% of trade activities onto the digital environment during 2025–2030. These insights were linked to cost challenges, business readiness for transformation, and the 60–60 rule — a factor becoming fundamental to the operation of digital commerce.
Mr. Chín also shared how the TradeXpo model and the Arobid ecosystem help businesses accelerate the digitalization of trade promotion activities. TradeXpo is introduced as a platform integrating virtual exhibitions with B2B e-commerce, operating via VR360 booths and AI technologies to recommend suitable partners. Its flexible 1:1 or 1:n connection mechanism enables businesses to maintain trade interactions 24/7, thereby optimizing costs and significantly reducing time-to-market.
According to Arobid representatives, shifting trade promotion activities to the digital environment not only improves trading efficiency but also reduces environmental impact. At the same time, it serves as an important stepping stone for Vietnamese enterprises to expand their presence and seize opportunities in international markets.

Following the keynote, the professional panel discussion expanded the topic with analyses from economic and technology experts. The discussion focused on the readiness of Vietnamese enterprises for AI-driven operations, challenges in digitizing processes related to human resources, data, and costs, as well as how small and medium-sized enterprises can access technology without becoming overwhelmed. Alongside Mr. Trần Văn Chín, the discussion featured Dr. Nguyễn Bá Hải, Dr. Nguyễn Duy Quang, and Mr. Chiêm Hoàng Điền, who brought practical perspectives from various fields.

From the perspectives shared, it is clear that leadership in the AI era is not merely about tools but requires a comprehensive change in organizational operations. Experts agreed that businesses must simultaneously upgrade their systems, adjust business models, and enhance workforce capabilities — especially the data-driven mindset of young talent, who will directly participate in the transformation process in the near future.
The success of Business Matching 2025 demonstrates the growing need for connection between businesses and young professionals in the context of accelerating digital commerce. Arobid’s participation contributed practical insights into digital trade models and transformation trends in the B2B sector. Through this, the business matching activities not only offer students access to real-world technologies but also create a platform for enterprises to explore more effective development directions in the digital age.
