Detailed description
1. DESCRIPTION OF BAVABI OYSTER PASTE PRODUCT
Fresh oysters used to make oyster paste are cultivated using a longline method on floating rafts in areas that meet all the standards for water sources and location, harvested after 8-10 months of cultivation. At this time, the oysters have thin shells, thick, fatty meat, and the highest nutritional value.
The transportation, processing, and preservation process is always a concern of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. After being shelled and cleaned from afternoon to evening, oysters will be transported immediately overnight, stored at a temperature of 0-5 degrees C.
The oyster paste processing process is ensured according to the sterilization production process at 121 degrees C, 100% natural ingredients, no additives, no preservatives. Thanks to that, the nutrients in the product almost completely retain those in fresh oysters, helping to supplement nutrients, enhance health and improve immunity effectively.
