DB Electrical Panel – DB Distribution Board

DB Distribution Board is a distribution board used in low-voltage power networks (Distribution Board). The DB board is usually located after the main switchboards (MSB) to support the power transmission for the low-voltage power grid. The rated current can be up to 1000A, supplying power to a group of equipment or end devices (pumps, motors, machinery...).
Overview of DB Electrical Panel

DB electrical panels are used in civil and industrial constructions with the function of supplying and protecting power sources, ensuring stable and efficient equipment operation. DB Distribution Board is installed after main switchboards (MSB) or near the loads to support power transmission for the low-voltage power grid.

Structure of DB Electrical Panel

Inside the DB distribution board usually includes devices such as MCB/RCCB, phase indicator lights, fuses, ammeter, voltmeter, phase loss protection, capacitor banks...

Cabinet shell: Made of electrostatic powder-coated black sheet metal or stainless steel (Inox 201,304).

Cabinet dimensions:

• Cabinet height: 450 to 2000 mm.

• Cabinet depth: 600-800-1000 mm.

• Cabinet width: 600-800-1000 mm

• Material thickness: 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm.

Structure: Standing or wall-mounted frame type, 1.2 ~ 2mm thick sheet metal, 2-layer doors, the back and side can be disassembled (for frame-type cabinets), input and output ports on both top and bottom.
