5. USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Method 1: Take one pack of tea (70 g), rinse with water, blanch with boiling water, then boil with 1 - 1.5 liters of water for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat, let the tea water rest for 10 minutes, then filter out the tea dregs. The tea is consumed daily as a substitute for filtered water.

Method 2: Boil 1 pack of tea (70 g) with about 1.5 liters of water, simmer for 2 hours until 0.7 liters of water remain. Drink when warm. -   Adults consume 1 pack over 1-2 days, children over 13 years old consume 1/2 pack over 1-2 days.
