* STORAGE & TRANSPORTATION: 
- Steel sheets must always be stored in a warehouse or dry, well-ventilated places.
- In case the steel sheet gets wet: wipe dry immediately with a cloth, then stack the steel sheets for good ventilation until completely dry.
- All steel sheet products must be wrapped with waterproof plastic paper and placed off the ground (10-30cm) to prevent them from getting wet.
During transportation and storage of steel sheets:
- Avoid tearing or puncturing the packaging.
- Avoid placing steel sheets near high-temperature areas or furnaces as it may affect the plating layer of the steel sheet.
- Avoid moisture and water penetration into the steel sheet, avoid scratches, dents, tears, punctures.
- When lifting or moving steel sheets with a forklift or crane, be careful and gentle to avoid damage from impact causing scratches or dents to the coil or edges of the steel sheet.
- Securely fasten and fix the steel coil or stack of steel sheets with a support frame to prevent shocks and vibrations that may affect the shape and surface of the product.

* INSTALLATION PROCESS:
- Move gently on the steel roof when inspecting and installing to avoid dents and scratches on the steel sheet.
- Choose galvanized screws with durability equivalent to or higher than the durability of the roofing sheet when used or for fastening the steel sheet. Screws must have synthetic rubber washers or non-oxidizing insulating materials.
- It is recommended to use scissors or a handheld saw with an alloy blade to cut the steel sheet.
- Clean thoroughly iron filings, screws, and other metal waste immediately after construction.
- Create a well-ventilated environment or use insulation panels to limit the phenomenon of water vapor condensation adhering to the surface of the steel sheet (weather phenomenon).

WARRANTY PERIOD:

* Anti-leakage warranty period is as follows:
- 10-year warranty from the manufacturing date for Insulated Steel Sheet products.

* Anti-peeling warranty period for the foam layer:

- 5-year warranty from the manufacturing date for Insulated Steel Sheet products.

* Polyester paint layer warranty period is as follows:
- 5-year warranty from the manufacturing date for Insulated Steel Sheet products according to the following criteria:
• The main paint surface will not peel, chip, or crack noticeably on a flat surface when observed by the naked eye outdoors. Cracks here do not include small cracks on the product that may occur during shaping or installation, and peeling does not include peeling that is not noticeable when inspected by eye from a distance of more than 2m.
