Ingredients; NOODLE CAKE - Wheat flour (70.5%), palm oil, tapioca starch, stabilizer (1420), potassium carbonate, pentasodium triphosphate, guar gum, salt, sugar, turmeric powder, leavening agent (sodium carbonate), antioxidant (mixed tocopherol (vitamin E)).SEASONING PACKET - Salt, refined palm oil, sugar, flavor enhancers (monosodium glutamate, disodium 5'-guanylate, disodium 5'-inosinate), hydrolyzed soy protein, lemongrass, leek, ginger, chili (0.3%), anti-caking agent (551), acidity regulators (296, 330), natural color (paprika oleoresin), synthetic Thai lime leaf flavor, synthetic soy sauce flavor, artificial sweeteners (950, 951), antioxidant (mixed tocopherol (vitamin E)).
