1. MONITORING SYSTEM

According to clause 1, article 27 of Circular 10/2021/TT-BTNMT, regarding the technical characteristics of automatic and continuous surface water quality monitoring stations, SÀI GÒN VALVE's water quality monitoring station fully meets parameters such as: Temperature, pH, TSS, COD, DO, NO3-, PO43-, NH4+,....

The multi-parameter water quality monitoring station is a system consisting of hardware and software to continuously measure the components and indicators of interest in the water. From this, the water quality can be assessed to warn of changes in water quality and provide a basis for subsequent treatment plans and steps to ensure the water always meets standards. The Saigon Valve Monitoring Station is capable of storing and displaying data locally, on software, and transmitting it to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment as prescribed.

The system is designed, installed, and operated to ensure stability, reliability, and suitability to the characteristics of the water source or as defined by the competent licensing authority in the license based on the current state of water quality in the installation area, as well as meeting the requirements of the state management agency. These include requirements for measurement range, accuracy, measurement range, response time, automatic calibration process, and certification standards, which are most important.

Economic and technical issues need to be analyzed to ensure the highest possible return on initial investment and annual operation. Considerations include: initial investment costs, replacement costs of consumable items (items that must be replaced during operation, as recommended by the manufacturer), operating costs (labor, electricity consumption, etc.), and especially meeting the technical standards of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.

The system is manufactured, integrated, and tested at the Manufacturer to ensure the highest quality, stability, and reliability.

The system must be inspected/calibrated by the competent authority before being put into use to meet the legal requirements for inspection/calibration of automatic water quality monitoring equipment.

Multi-parameter water quality monitoring station (control cabinet, monitoring and data storage equipment, data transmission system connecting to the Internet, Accessories, ...) to continuously measure the following indicators: pH, residual chlorine; Conductivity; Turbidity, Temperature, Ammonium concentration; Oil slick on the water surface, ...

The data transmission system continuously connects the real-time values of the above indicators to the HMI screen at the station and connects to the computer for observation anywhere with an Internet connection.

In terms of measuring equipment, it ensures a 4-20 mA, RS485 output signal for connection to data transmission equipment;

In terms of data transmission equipment, it ensures the correct equipment as required by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and is programmed according to the Department's instructions;

Data is stored locally, connected to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, and displayed in the software for monitoring on the computer in the factory. In the software, tasks such as data monitoring, exporting data to excel files, system checking, or remote troubleshooting...

2. SYSTEM STRUCTURE

3. INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

- Receive information from the investor and provide preliminary advice on the station installation plan

- Conduct on-site surveys to determine the location and parameters to be monitored

- Proceed with the design of technical drawings, determine the location and parameters to be monitored

- Connect the database to the central management software and the local Department of Natural Resources and Environment

- Adjust and operate the system

- Guide the investor on the operation process and hand over the entire system

4. WARRANTY PROCEDURE

- The warranty period for all equipment is 12 months from the date of acceptance

- Upon receiving a request from the Investor to handle system errors, Saigon Valve commits to replacing or repairing within (3-7) working days

- All measuring heads of the water quality monitoring system are automatically cleaned, so maintenance will not be frequent (Approximately once every 3 months)
