Detailed description
Glutinous Rice Wine is a specialty wine product of Vietnamese people, combined with Western brewing technology. It has a light alcohol content, fermented directly from glutinous rice bran, without distillation. It has a shimmering golden brown color, a rich sweet taste, and a warm feeling. It's the first time it has appeared in Vietnam.

(How to distinguish BeliFoods glutinous rice wine)
How to enjoy the wine.
To enjoy delicious wine, Glutinous Rice Wine should be chilled to 14-18°C, for at least 8 hours.
Pour 1/3 of the glass, observe the color and consistency of the Glutinous Rice Wine. The color of Glutinous Rice Wine is organically transformed from straw yellow → gold yellow → amber → blood red over time.
Gently swirl the glass to allow air to mix with the Glutinous Rice Wine, helping to unlock the wine's flavor.
Hold the glass by the stem to minimize the impact on the original flavor of the Glutinous Rice Wine.
After the wine is gently swirled up the glass and slowly flows down, bring your nose to the rim of the glass to smell and fully appreciate the characteristic and completely natural flavor found only in Glutinous Rice Wine. First, a strong, slightly spicy aroma hits the nose. Next, a strong, pleasant fragrance of cardamom. On the third layer, there is a slightly fragrant aroma similar to fragrant wood and dried plums. Next, a faint smell of kitchen smoke that I still remember because the fire wouldn't start so I had to ask my mother for help. On the fifth layer, the sweet, strong aroma of glutinous rice, itself - unmistakable!

I couldn't wait any longer, I took a sip of Glutinous Rice Wine in my mouth, let the drops slowly spread across my tongue before going down my throat, closed my eyes, tilted my head back, and slowly opened my eyes in a reclined head position, savoring the aftertaste of Glutinous Rice Wine: The mild sweetness of licorice, a little spicy, slightly minty. Then the spiciness gradually intensifies, slightly numbing the tongue, touching every tooth, the warmth spreading to the ears. The lingering aftertaste is a slightly fresh sweetness, a rich nuttiness of the glutinous rice, and most surprisingly, a slight astringency in the palate, light and elusive, that the previous Glutinous Rice Wines didn't have.
Time is a precious gift! Thanks to time, Glutinous Rice Wine gradually matures from a hot, vibrant girl to a calm, profound woman.
