Detailed description
High-quality TÀI HOAN Mung Bean Vermicelli
Weight: 500g
Place of origin: Tai Hoan Cooperative
Certified with the first 5-star OCOP (One Commune One Product) in Bac Kan province, a national program. 5-star rating: characteristic product with high quality standards, meeting export conditions.
Tai Hoan Cooperative specializes in providing delicious, clean, and reasonably priced local agricultural products.
Utilizing locally sourced red riềng dong tubers grown on Ang Hin mountain at an altitude of over 1500m, cultivated organically without additives or chemical pesticides.
Utilizing local labor, creating jobs for the people, contributing to the development of the local economy.
Tai Hoan Mung Bean Vermicelli is made entirely from red riềng dong tubers, without chemicals, additives, or bleaching.
The noodles are delicious, chewy, and don't become mushy even after long cooking.
The noodles are wide, chewy, and suitable for hot pot, stir-fries, or soups.
The vermicelli is dried in the cooperative's film house, preventing dust and insects from contacting the noodles, ensuring delicious, clean, grit-free, and non-mushy noodles.
Tai Hoan Mung Bean Vermicelli is the first 5-star OCOP product, exported to the Czech Republic by the tens of tons each year.
Before export, the vermicelli undergoes rigorous testing of the production process and finished product to meet European export standards.
Best cooking method:
- For thin noodles, soak for 2-3 minutes in cold water, blanch in boiling water for 1 minute, then drain and stir-fry or cook. If stir-frying, mix well with ingredients and seasonings.
Customers always receive the freshest product.
