Instructions for use :
Marinate 90g of seasoning (half a jar) with 1kg of fish for at least 15 minutes
Simmer the mixture over low heat, cover tightly until the fish is firm, stir the fish evenly to absorb the seasoning
Add 150ml of boiling water, simmer over medium heat until boiling, then reduce heat until the sauce thickens. You can braise twice (turn off, then braise again) for a richer flavor, depending on your preference.
