Amoxicillin trihydrate: 15g
Gentamycin sulfate: 4g

PRODUCT PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES
Amoxicillin and Gentamycin are both bactericidal antibiotics, so their combination creates synergy, enhancing their effects and treatment efficacy. Due to their mode of action, the combination of these two antibiotics shortens the treatment period by 2-4 days compared to using them individually.
Amoxicillin is stable in acidic environments and has a broader spectrum of action than benzylpenicillin, especially against Gram-negative bacilli. Similar to other penicillins, amoxicillin has bactericidal effects by inhibiting the biosynthesis of mucopeptide in the bacterial cell wall. Amoxicillin is active against most Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria such as: Streptococci, non-penicillinase-producing staphylococci, H. influenzae, Diplococcus pneumoniae, N. gonorrheae, E. coli, and Proteus mirabilis.
Gentamycin is an antibiotic belonging to the Aminoglycoside group, with bactericidal effects.
It has a broad antibacterial spectrum, acting on many Gram-negative bacteria: E.coli, Haemophilus, Klebsiella, Pseudomonas, Salmonella, Shigella, Pasteurella, Brucella and Gram-positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus… It has a strong effect on staphylococci.
PRODUCT USES
Treats cough, pneumonia, edema disease caused by E.coli, enteritis, pasteurellosis, arthritis, hoof pain, mastitis, metritis in pigs, buffaloes, cattle, goats, and sheep.
Especially, a single injection for piglets before weaning to prevent edema disease caused by E.coli.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Animals hypersensitive to the components of the drug.
USAGE
Shake well before use
Administer deep intramuscular injection
Piglets: 1ml/10kg body weight.
Large pigs, calves, goats, sheep: 1ml/15kg body weight.
Buffaloes, cattle: 1ml/25kg body weight.
A single injection for 72 hours.
For severe cases, repeat injection after 36-48 hours, depending on the situation.
Withdrawal period
Meat animals: 07 days before slaughter
Milk animals: 10 milkings
STORAGE: Store in a cool, dry place, at temperatures below 30°C. Avoid direct sunlight, keep out of reach of children.
