1. Service Objective

Comprehensive facial care aims to deep cleanse – balance – nourish – restore skin, helping skin to be healthy, bright, smooth, and preventing issues like acne, aging, and hyperpigmentation.

2. Service Procedure

Step 1. Skin Analysis & Personalized Consultation

• Using a skin analyzer to determine skin type (oily, dry, sensitive, combination) and current condition (acne, aging, melasma...).

• Doctor/Specialist advises on suitable treatment regimens for each skin type.

Step 2. Cleansing & Makeup Removal

• Removes makeup, dirt, and excess oil with gentle products, safe for sensitive skin.

Step 3. Exfoliation

• Uses physical exfoliants or natural enzymes to remove old keratin, helping skin to be brighter, smoother, and absorb nutrients better.

Step 4. Steaming & Pimple Extraction (if needed)

• Hot steaming opens pores, supporting gentle pimple extraction and minimizing skin damage.

Step 5. Infusing Nutrients into the Skin (electrophoresis/ion/ultrasound)

• Uses cold electrophoresis, ion, or ultrasound technology to deeply deliver vitamin C, HA, collagen into the epidermis.

Step 6. Applying Specialized Mask

• Masks are chosen according to skin condition: soothing, anti-inflammatory, hydrating, brightening, or anti-oxidant.

Step 7. Relaxing Massage & Blood Circulation

• Massage of the neck, shoulders, nape, and face helps reduce stress, increase circulation, and naturally lift facial muscles.

Step 8. Moisturizing & Sun Protection

• The treatment is completed with a suitable serum, moisturizer, and sunscreen to protect the skin after care.
