Detailed description
White tea is the most precious type of tea among the four famous teas, containing a lot of nutrients and extremely beneficial to health. Dai Lao Vuong Tra White Tea is a top-grade tea, carefully selected from the buds of centuries-old tea trees in the high mountains of Suoi Giang, Yen Bai. After harvesting, it is traditionally pan-fried in a cast-iron pan, using meticulous, secret techniques of artisans, from many kilograms of fresh tea leaves condensed into white tea. White tea is usually made from buds of tea plants grown in high-altitude areas. Due to the low temperatures in these areas, the tea buds are often covered with many white hairs, very pure and beautiful. White tea has the simplest processing steps compared to other types of tea. After harvesting, the tea buds are withered, then dried by sun drying or air drying. The purpose of limiting the processing steps is to preserve the pure white appearance of the white tea buds. If dried by sun drying, white tea has a relatively high fermentation level, which can reach 15-20% because the sunlight dries slowly, so the tea buds ferment continuously when drying. White tea has a light yellow color, clear like spring water, and has a special, delicately sweet tea taste, worthy of true tea connoisseurs. Because only tea buds are used for processing, the content of important medicinal substances in tea is very high, and the price of finished tea is also more expensive than other types of tea (a tael of dry tea requires harvesting many tea buds). Suoi Giang white tea is considered an excellent tonic, one of the precious gifts of nature. The greatest ability of white tea is to prevent diseases and disorders. White tea protects the cardiovascular system and prevents stroke; limits cholesterol, fights oxidation, enhances the immune system and prevents cancer cells.
