Detailed description
Purple Bud Tea UT Thanh Ba Organic Clean Tea 5-star OCOP Standard
✔ Specification: Set of 2 boxes
✔ Weight: 300g
✔ Product Distributed by UT Tea Investment and Development Company Limited: proudly the only enterprise permitted by Phu Tho province to cultivate and develop the rare purple bud tea variety with a history of hundreds of years in Thanh Ba district – Phu Tho.
✔ Origin: Purple tea, also known as purple bud tea, is an extremely rare tea variety. While fundamentally still made from the Camellia Sinensis plant, it has a unique light absorption mechanism, resulting in a purple color in the buds, stems, or the whole plant. These tea plants are grown at altitudes above 1000m.
✔ Instructions for use:
– Step 1: Put 5g of purple bud tea into the teapot
– Step 2: Add about 250ml of boiling water at 85-90 degrees, wait for 2 minutes. This is the ideal temperature for purple bud tea because if it's too old or too young, it will affect the flavor (if you don't have a timer, you can wait for the boiling water to cool for 2 minutes). Do not use boiling water at 100 degrees to brew because the tea will burn, losing its original flavor. When adding water, you should lift the water pot high and then lower it to pour into the teapot. Repeat this action three times – this is the method of brewing tea in the “three nods of the phoenix” style to evenly stir the tea. It is also seen as “three nods” with a polite posture and shows respect for the guest.
– Step 3: Pour the tea into a cup to enjoy. thức.Trà can be brewed with multiple infusions (about 4-5 times) and the second infusion is considered the best. Note that depending on your preference for strong or weak tea, you can increase or decrease the steeping time to achieve your desired taste.
