Phin Coffee Brewing Method

• Place the phin on top of a glass.

• Pour a small amount of hot water to rinse the phin.

• Mix the coffee powder well before measuring it into the phin.

• Add 25g of coffee powder (approximately 3 scoops) into the phin.

• Gently tap the phin to level the coffee surface.

• Place the phin containing coffee onto the phin lid.

• Place the filter on top of the coffee powder and adjust gently.

• Bottom soaking: Pour 5ml of water.

• Surface soaking: Pour the remaining water (25ml).

• Steep for 1 minute.

• Use the phin lid to gently remove coffee residue from the bottom of the phin.

• Place the phin containing coffee on the glass.

• Pour hot water over the filter.

• Close the lid.

• Wait 6-8 minutes.

• Yields 50ml of brewed coffee.
  Enjoy: Add sugar and milk to taste.

Storage & Notes

• Keep the product sealed after opening the package.

• Store in a cool, dry place.

• Avoid direct sunlight.
