Hương Xưa rice flour for making Banh Xeo and Banh Khot – thin, crispy pancakes that don't absorb much oil. It has a distinct green onion aroma and the characteristic flavor of Southern Vietnamese Banh Xeo; it can also be used to make Banh Khot.

Instructions for Use
For a 500g package of Banh Xeo flour, add 1-1.2 liters (kg) of water. For a better flavor, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil to the mixed batter.
Instructions
Step 1: Mix the Hương Xưa Banh Xeo and Banh Khot flour with water until smooth.
Step 2: Heat a pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil, pork, shrimp, and onions and stir-fry briefly. Pour 1 ladle of batter into the pan, spreading it thinly. Add bean sprouts to the center and cover for about 1 minute until the batter is cooked. Remove the lid, add more oil to the edges of the pancake. When the edges are puffed up, golden, and crispy, fold the pancake in half with a spatula and transfer to a plate.
