2. INSTRUCTIONS
- Step 1: Boil water to blanch the pho (or you can blanch it directly in the pho broth)
- Step 2: Open the VAFOOD pho package and take out the desired amount of pho.
- Step 3: Put the pho in boiling water for 2 minutes, then remove it to a colander, rinse with cold water, and drain.
- Step 4: Divide the pho into bowls.
- Step 5: Add beef/chicken, onions, cilantro. Add broth. Squeeze lemon and add chili. Enjoy!
