KFC All in One crispy chicken batter, made with premium imported flour from Malaysia, preserves the original flavor and aroma of the chicken!

  • Creates a golden yellow color and extremely attractive, appealing fried flakes.

  • The batter's texture maintains its crispiness for up to 5 hours after frying.

  • Does not absorb or retain oil when used!

The product is packaged in PE material, which is very safe, clean, hygienic, and environmentally friendly.
With a weight of 500g, it can be used with 2 – 2.5kg of chicken ingredients, making it an optimal solution for fried chicken restaurants.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, corn starch, flavor enhancer (INS621, INS635), spices, salt, leavening agent (INS450i, INS500ii), chicken flavor, food coloring (INS100(ii), INS160(c)).

Instructions for using KFC All in One crispy chicken batter:
– Step 1: Clean the chicken and let it dry before coating it in batter. Tip: cut the chicken near the bones so that the oil can penetrate evenly during frying, ensuring the chicken is cooked evenly from the inside out.
– Step 2: Mix the batter into two bowls, one dry and one wet, according to the ratio on the product packaging. Coat the chicken in the order of dry → wet → dry so that the batter can be evenly coated on the chicken.
– Step 3: Heat the oil in a pan; note that you should choose a deep pan or use a pot with enough oil to completely submerge the chicken. The finished fried chicken will have beautiful, crispy flakes just like KFC's.
– Step 4: Serve and enjoy ^^

Instructions for use and storage: Store in a sealed bag, in a dry, cool place, away from direct contact with walls and floors. Products over 2 months old should be stored at a temperature < 20ºC.
Shelf life: 12 months from the date of production.
