Agitator Tank

+ Chemical storage tanks or chemical agitator tanks are coated with a layer of composite (FRP) to resist chemical corrosion and stainless steel chemical storage tanks.
+ Chemical mixing tanks are widely used and applied in the chemical, construction, oil and gas, and food industries with high efficiency.
+ Chemical mixing tanks use various types of impellers such as: Turbine impellers, paddle impellers, propeller impellers. Depending on the type of chemical requiring fast or slow stirring speed, the appropriate impeller type is selected.
+ Depending on the viscosity of the liquid, choose the appropriate impeller
+ For chemicals with high viscosity, choose a comb impeller
+ For medium viscosity, use an anchor impeller
+ For low viscosity, use a propeller impeller

Features of the chemical mixing tank impellers:
+ Paddle impeller: Creates a tangential flow, so the mixture is mixed evenly.
+ Disc impeller: Tilted at an angle of 30 - 45º, creates a tangential flow and a radial flow.
+ Comb impeller: Applied to liquid products that are easily altered in properties when subjected to mechanical action.
+ Anchor impeller: Suitable for many types of chemicals, high mechanical strength. Often used in spherical tanks.
+ Turbine impeller: Multiple turbines rotate on a vertical shaft, stirring high-viscosity liquids > 80ns/m2.
+ Propeller impeller: Low viscosity liquids, < 2ns/m2, create a large axial flow.
