Rambutan

Rambutan is a tropical fruit native to Southeast Asia, particularly popular in Vietnam, Thailand, and Indonesia. The fruit is round or oval, 3–6 cm in diameter, with a red or yellow shell covered in soft, hair-like spines, creating a unique and eye-catching appearance.

The inside flesh is opaque white, juicy, with a mild to strong sweet taste, sometimes with a hint of sourness depending on the variety. The flesh is thick, crisp, and has a characteristic aroma, surrounding the small seed inside.

Rambutan is not only delicious but also very nutritious: vitamin C, iron, calcium, phosphorus, manganese, and plenty of fiber. Eating rambutan helps boost the immune system, beautify the skin, aid digestion, and provide natural energy.
