  1. Children and extra beds Extra beds depend on the actual situation. Please check the capacity of each room for details. All children are welcome.
  
  2. Cribs for infants are free of charge and subject to availability. Surcharges for accompanying adults/children: The age of children is determined by their date of birth.
  + Children from 0 to 5 years old are free of charge.
  + Children from 6 to 11 years old must pay a surcharge. In case there are 2 children from 6 to 11 years old staying in the same room, the second child must request an extra bed.
  + Children from 12 years old are considered adults.
  
  Half board/Full board (including lunch or dinner): Children from 3 years old must pay a surcharge for meals.
  - Extra beds are subject to availability and a maximum of 1 extra bed is allowed in 1 room.
  - If the guest name at the hotel differs from the guest name on the booking confirmation, the guest name change fee is 500,000 VND/booking. According to hotel regulations, please deposit at the Reception 1,000,000 VND/room at the Hotel or 3,000,000 VND/room at the Resort for any incidental expenses.
  
  Peak season and Holidays according to hotel regulations: Meal surcharges as per regulations/Gala dinner is not included in the room rate and please pay at the reception desk upon check-in.
