MS2 Truss Frame

1. Introduction

The MS2 truss frame is a reinforced triangular roof truss system, manufactured from high-strength zinc-aluminum alloy coated steel (AZ100–AZ150). It's specifically designed for residential roofs and roofing projects with tile or metal roofing with slopes from 15°–30°. This is an upgraded version of MS1, with a more robust structure and better load-bearing capacity.

2. Structure

• Main truss (Top – Bottom chord): C75x40x1.2mm or C100x50x1.5mm galvanized steel.

• Diagonal bracing (Web members): High-strength galvanized C or box steel 0.8–1.2mm.

• Purlin: C or Omega steel, spacing 0.8–1.0m.

• Connection: Self-drilling screws or high-strength bolts, no on-site welding.

• Roofing material: Clay tiles, colored tiles or thermal insulation metal sheets.

3. Reference Specifications

• Roof span: 6 – 15m.

• Truss height (rise): 1/5 – 1/6 of the span.

• Roof slope: 15° – 30°.

• Design load: ≥ 60kg/m² (suitable for tile roofs).

• Steel strength: G550 – 550Mpa.

• Surface finish: Zinc-aluminum alloy coating for rust prevention AZ100–AZ150.

4. Advantages
