The machine uses HSS saw blades and has automatic feeding, clamping, and cutting functions.
Easy to operate, set the required workpiece length groups on the system, feed the workpiece and stop automatically when there is no workpiece.
Can cut multiple pipes at the same time, the maximum number depends on the pipe size.
The feeding mechanism has a solid structure and operates precisely. The servo motor controls the screw shaft sliding system, providing stable and accurate feeding.
Servo control of material scrap handling equipment, saving manpower and improving production efficiency.
Automatic circulating cooling ensures a smooth cutting surface and increases the lifespan of the saw blade.
The feeding speed and cutting speed are adjustable.
The cutting device moves up and down through the sliding rail system. Lubricating oil can directly penetrate the surface. If there is any wear, you can adjust the range. It can maintain the stability of the saw blade, without gaps, cutting tolerance is guaranteed, and maintenance costs are low.
