Fresh Passion Fruit

Passion fruit, also known as "purple passion flower", is a tropical fruit with a distinctive flavor. Due to its high adaptability and year-round fruiting, passion fruit is widely cultivated. Gia Lai passion fruit is renowned for its superior quality and unique flavor. It is grown in the Central Highlands region of Vietnam, with its ideal climate and fertile soil. Three prominent varieties of Gia Lai passion fruit include: purple passion fruit, honey-flavored yellow passion fruit, and guava-flavored passion fruit, each offering a unique culinary experience. Among them, honey-flavored passion fruit and pineapple-flavored passion fruit are two special varieties with rare flavors, almost exclusively found in Vietnam.

• Purple passion fruit is the most common type, with dark purple skin, bright yellow flesh, and a rich sweet and sour taste. This type is not only popular in desserts and beverages but is also widely used in smoothies, jams, and fermented products due to its refreshing and appealing flavor.

• Honey-flavored yellow passion fruit is a wonderful combination of slightly sour and subtly sweet honey-like flavor. In the coming time, Mova Plus plans to link 100 hectares of passion fruit cultivation areas meeting export standards to Europe, with an annual output of approximately 1,000 tons.
