Banh Tom Tempura 500g is a premium convenient food product from Simmy, perfectly combining fresh whiteleg shrimp and crispy tempura batter using a standard Japanese-Taiwanese recipe.
The shrimp are carefully selected and processed, retaining their natural sweetness. They are seasoned to perfection and coated in a light, crispy batter. When fried, the Banh Tom has a golden yellow color, a thin, crispy shell, and soft, chewy shrimp inside – extremely suitable for restaurant chains, eateries, supermarkets, and industrial meal systems.
Ingredients
Whiteleg shrimp (40%)
Wheat flour, corn flour, potato flour
Egg whites, white pepper, salt, natural spices
No harmful preservatives used
Instructions
Thaw naturally for 10–15 minutes
Deep fry at 170–180°C for 3–5 minutes
Can be air-fried or pan-fried
Serve directly with chili sauce, mayonnaise, or with salad/hot pot
